Smoothie Bowl Strikes Again
I threw a bunch of different things into the blender this morning, and it turned out great! I decided to share it so I don’t forget what I did

3/4 cup water (I was out of almond milk, otherwise I would have used that)
1 scoop of protein powder (pictured below is the brand I used)
1/3 cup oats
5 strawberries (I recommend frozen, but I did not have frozen)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
Blend all ingredients (I added a few ice cubes to make it a little thicker)
Top with:
1 table spoon chia seeds
sunflower seeds (I was cleaning out my pantry- you could use any nut you like)
goji berries
This was definitely one of my favorite smoothie blends and filled me up, which is always important to me.
