Healthy Homemade Granola

This granola is so versatile. You can create it with any superfoods you choose. Mix your favorite nuts and seeds, add grains if you enjoy them and bake. Store in an airtight container for about 1-2 weeks. You could also top with fresh berries and serve with your milk of choice or use them in a smoothie bowl.

Ingredients:

- large handfuls of nuts of choice (macadamias, almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)

- 1 cup buckwheat groats

- 1 cup coconut flakes

- 1 cup shredded coconut

-1 1 cup seed selection (pepitas, sunflower seeds, etc.)

-1 pinch of sesame seeds

- large handful of mulberries or Inca berries

- coconut oil

- pinch of pink himalayan salt

- honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 cup oats (optional)

Instructions:

1. Line baking dish or trap with baking paper

2. fill with all your favorite yummy ingredients

3. Use a wooden spoon to mix

4. Drizzle a generous amount of coconut oil

5. Add sweetener of choice (only if you like it sweet)

6. Bake on medium temperature until golden brown
