Julie FitSmith Challenge

I have been told over and over that accountability is the number one thing keeping people from reaching their goals. You have the motivation one day, but it fizzles out because no one is holding you accountable. Believe me, I have been there, more than once. One of my secrets for beating this is a checklist of absolute must "do’s" for the day. I do not let myself go to sleep without finishing my checklist and I firmly believe is it one tool that helps me prioritize my crazy, busy life and stay on track with my goals.

I decided to create a checklist to take you one step closer to being in control of your goals and showing yourself that they are in fact, ACHIEVABLE.

The design of the notepad is simple. It covers the basics that, in my opinion, will bring you closer to your health related goals. Everyday, I try to get adequate sleep, eat good food, exercise, improve my spirituality in some way shape or form and show gratitude. That’s it.
