Affirmations Can Change Your Life
First comes thought; then organization of that thought, into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination.
I have recently been introduced to affirmations and the power they can have in transforming your life. I have read success stories of people using affirmations to create powerful change and I have personally added them to my life and have seen huge shifts.
What is an affirmation?
Affirmations are sentences aimed to affect the conscious and the subconscious mind. The words making up the affirmation bring mental images to the mind, which could inspire, energize and motivate. Repeating affirmations, and the resultant mental images, affect the subconscious mind, which in turn, influences the behavior, habits actions and reactions.

How I use affirmations:
I incorporate affirmations into my morning routine and each day I have one that I use the rest of the day. I have started repeating them to myself when I look in the mirror, I write them in my planner, and I recently wrote one on my mirror.
