Since each individual, their needs, their goals, and their treatment is so unique and specific it is difficult to give a blanket cost. Contact me through my contact form, send me an email, or give me a call and we can discuss your needs, what I offer, and what it would cost.

I see patients virtually, in person at Emerge Fitness (St. Charles, MO or Wentzville, MO), and sometimes in the patient's home. We can discuss which option is best for you.

No. I do not work with insurance. If needed I can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance. In an effort to maintain the highest level of care for my patients I made the decision to move away from billing insurance for my work.
