Hi! I am so glad you're here. The fact that you're here tells me you're ready to take the next step towards taking better care of you. That's not a small thing. I'm really proud of you.

As a woman, mom, and business owner I am very familiar with the struggle to prioritize yourself. I know how easy it is to put yourself last. It takes a toll on your mental and physical health, your relationships, your career, etc. If you're like me, then you see yourself doing this and the guilt and shame pile on.  It's a devastating cycle and it is so hard to climb out of!

Our world inundates us with messages about healthy living and self care and convinces us we are one magic solution away from having it all together. It's overwhelming trying to figure out where to start and what to try. Healthy living feels like one more thing on the never ending to do list.

I get it. I truly do. Which is why I want to help. I am confident your body is already telling you exactly what you need. We just need to pause and listen. [Easier said than done.] Let me help you carve out time to reconnect with yourself, listen to your body, and act with intention so that you can show up as the best version of yourself for you and your people.

Health Coaching

Individual Coaching

I work one on one with clients to help them set and achieve their health and wellness goals. This covers everything from mindset, to nutrition, to fitness.

What to expect:

  • Initial phone call to discuss your goals, hopes, struggles, etc.

  • Goal setting

  • Resources: healthy recipes, custom workouts, mobility movements, personalized coaching, accountability, individualized support

  • Follow up call and coaching based on your needs

I do my best to give you everything you need to be successful on your health journey. I will be your biggest cheerleader.

Personal Training

I work one on one with clients to establish healthy fitness routines. I coach them through a variety of exercises and movements to help them move closer to their health goals.

What to expect:

  • Goal setting

  • Resources- fitness plans, custom workouts

  • Education about proper form and technique

  • Accountability- check ins to make sure you stay on track with your goals

The gym can be overwhelming.
